Imagine a guy on the watchface with moving hands that show the time. Those hands are not in the middle of the watchface, so they can't be rotated normally. In stead, the arms have to rotate slower and faster according to the time.

The current longest option of 30s screen on time before going into dimmed mode is not enough for counting pulse and respiratory rate with the second hand. These activities need upward of a minute to do thoroughly.
