reference widgets by name

Be able to dynamically recence and modify widget layers by name
ie - weather1.x =weather_pannel.x + 20
layer1.rotation={dss}
this would facilitate code being used in functions as you would be able to reference the layers as objects, passing layer names to functions thus applying one function simply as needed without needless conditional statements.
