Now that daylight savings time is back, I'm getting the right local time but seeing that I'm a pilot I would also like to reference UTC.

How is this not already a thing? UTC is extremely important, and London timezone uses DST, meaning outside of summer it's an hour off of UTC. Please make this happen.
