Enable brightness boost on tap

On the huawei smartwatch, there is a menu option to "boost brightness". This sets brightness to max for 5 seconds. This is a lifesaver when it comes to preserving battery, as setting brightness to max is a battery drain, but any other setting is too dim for a sunny day.

I would like an "on tap" action that enables this feature.

The idea is to add a transparent shape in the center of a watchface (or similar) that when tapped, boosts brightness for a short time.
