Allow URLs for images to show

As stated. The idea would be to be able to provide dynamic URLs for images, instead of selecting a static image. E.g. Some weather APIs like Weather Underground provide an image path for the day's conditions, so we could pass that path to use as the weather image on the watch instead of messing with which icons to show.
Expected behavior (as far as I'm concerned) would be to only update the image when the url is changed, to minimize internet usage. Users that need a refresh of the same url could possibly just throw a calculated query string on it (e.g. Http://mysite.com/myimage.jpg?t=CurrentHour would refresh once an hour).
Other potential uses, besides dynamic icons, would be to pull in things like stock ticker status (up/down arrow), or a daily curated background.
