Insert symbols like "/" without involving math

Currently, this symbol is used as "divide" sign. However, I want to use it without involving math, for date separation: dd/mm/yyyy

Maybe you are looking for something like this:
"Text"..(100/2).."/"
would give you
"Text 50/"

I wish the syntax wasn't that complicated.
People with no background of programming would easily run into this problem. I personally do have a background, but I never learned this syntax.

No problem, I've been trying to rid my scripts from those hidden errors for the last few days, I still think Javascript might have been a better choice to script everything, maybe that will be an option in the future too. Please close the topic if you can, I don't know that page well enough.
