Have the ability to change order of layers

Make it possible to change the stacking order of layers to make it easier to insert backgrounds later in the watchmaking process.

You can do this now. Tap and hold a layer until X's appear in the UL corners. Release, then tap and hold again. Without lifting your finger, drag the layer to the position you want.

Also, if pick up your finger after the 2nd tap & hold, you will see a Duplicate Layer button.
