Watchmaker is proving very popular on the Ticwatch platform. As the Ticwatch OS is based around androidwear, many ingenious amateur developers have been able to work around the software and have managed to get it installed onto the Ticwatches of both of android and iOS device owners.
The faces look fantastic, however due to the fact that the software isn't built for the TicwatchOS many of the features themselves such as weather, phone battery etc don't work. It is also quite an effort to get it installed, but Ticwatch owners love your software and are therefore prepared to spend the time in getting it installed so they too can take advantage of the great faces that you and your community have out there.
Ticwatch is still in its infancy in the smartwatch global market but is growing fast with currently thousands owners looking for developers to support this new platform. I am hoping that the issue of the weather and the phone battery issue will be fixed soon too. But now that I have read your post and seen the date it was posted, I guess that this was either never considered to be corrected or just plain forgotten. Too bad to have all of the other design functions and not some of the most used features working.
Would be amazing if you guys can add official support to the TicWatch2. This is a fantastic new piece of smart watch and it will only get better if there are more official support from many more excellent app like Watchmaker! Thanks!

You people are pioneer's in making watch faces..I have seen many apps but not like the one you people have designed.Basis on this I have also purchased your app but to my surprise it's not supporting my Ticwatch 2.
Even I would have gone for side load to get the app on my watch,but I believe in genuinity.
Please go thru the Facebook link provided above as more then 50k customers waiting for your genuine app to be on their watch.Hope will soon get a positive reply.

As I said before, the weather update and phone battery issue is still an ongoing thing with the Ticwatch 2. One of the biggest reasons I bought the Ticwatch 2 was that I would be able to use WatchMaker to create my own faces as well as use other available faces. I have spent good money on faces that others have created and are selling in the Google Play store only to find that they are crippled in the weather update and phone battery area. Please fix this as there are others besides myself that are wanting this fixed. I sincerely hope that you will take this into consideration very soon. Thank you.
