Duplicate .watch file detection on install

It's so annoying that tool allows to install the same watch face multiple times (duplicates). You should store and md5 hash of each file in the local database and if there's a match on install, prompt if you want to overwrite or not install. With thousands of watch faces available and they're all cryptically named, it's really difficult to manage them.
