complication customization

I would like to have fine-grain control over the complication display. Maybe a new layer type called "complication", that allows me to manipulate it visually like other layers (change the location, size, opacity, select a custom image, etc.), but then also be able to get the complication data and invoke the mapped complication action when it is tapped. The complications would be mapped via the already existing WatchMaker "Complication 1", "Complication 2", "Complication 3", and "Complication 4" options on the watch.
