Add an action for Tasker to redraw the watch face

When Tasker var are updated on some event and sent to the watch face the actual values shown on screen would be updated somewhere on next minute. To update values (like weather or last notification text) on watch face immediately I have to call "Change Watch" action to reload current watch face entirely, or just wait for a minute.
So it would be nice to be able to redraw the watch face with all new value without right in ambient mode, just as it happens in the next minute, but manually at any moment.
