Use tags for localized month and weekday names

For simplified localization of watchfaces, there should be variables containing localized names of all months and weekdays. I suggest something like adding :«number» to the existing tags.

{ddww} (for compatibility) or {ddww:0} would be the current day
{ddww:1} would be the localized name of sunday.
{ddww:2} would be the localized name of monday.
... and so on

The same can be applied to months:

{dnnnn} (for compatibility) or {dnnnn:0} would be current month
{dnnnn:1} would be the localized name of january.
{dnnnn:2} would be the localized name of february.
... and so on
