Show element layers as a scrollable list of expandable rows

From a user perspective, the amount of scrolling up and down to change an object and then select another object to edit is staggering. With one face having dozens of elements, this can get out of hand.

I recommend displaying all the elements in rows stacked vertically in a scrollable list, and the properties are displayed/hidden with a button on the end of the element row. Multiple elements can be expanded or collapsed at the same time.

This setup would make it easier to keep track of Layer Groups/Sets that take on the same properties (color, font, opacity, etc.)
