Have support for garmin watches

Just switched to a garmin smartwatch. The watch is amazing, and google hasn't been putting much effort into wearOS since rebranding. There are plenty of watch faces and a watch maker, but not as good.
I have used WatchMaker for years, and there is certainly a need for it on the Garmin's platform.
