Know how to use the new WebGL engine

I see in the home page that there are watchfaces from the shader series made with "the new WebGL engine", but I can't find anywhere in the web any guides, tips or instructions on how to use it for this app. I would like to have some informations about it, so that maybe also other users can create those beautiful watch faces.
