Hide status indicators/icons

It would be nice to be able to hide status icons such as Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb when they are active on the watchface. Currently it is possible to move them around under Customize Watch -> Indicators -> Location, but it is not possible to hide them outright. Other watchface apps, such as Bubble Cloud Settings, do have this ability. Following this Stack Overflow thread (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27970371/how-to-hide-status-icons-completely-on-watch-face), there is a method, setHideStatusBar(true), that would do so.
