Update previous heart rate text in dim mode

I've added text for the last heart rate reading {shr_1} but it never updates in dim mode. It's a static variable that changes only with a new heart rate reading, so it doesn't seem like it would be an issue to update in dim mode every minute (or every 10-15 minutes, if possible).

This is on Galaxy Watch 3, but the same issue on my last watch that was WearOS
