proper time zone support for both date and time

Date fields do not properly support time zones currently. The date in any given alternate time zone could be, and often is, different from the local date. For example, 9PM EST on Dec 31, 2020 is 2AM UTC on Jan 1, 2021. The support for alternate time zones should reflect this, ie: one should be able to add a date field corresponding to the alternate time zones and have it show the correct date for that time zone.

I support this.

I did make some watch faces where I can change the date to the local date plus an offset, but to do so I have to show a variable, not the date tag. Therefore it does not update when the date changes. We need date and day of the week for each TZ, and a way to show updating date for the currently selected time zone..
