Get a weather radar image as an element

Similar to the map object, be able to show a weather radar image centered on the latitude/longitude specified at a particular zoom level (e.g. 1 through 9) and updates at a set interval (e.g. once per hour) and that shows your choice of precipitation, cloud cover, or a hybrid of both all overlayed on a Google map tile at the chosen zoom level. Reference the Android app ByssWeather as an example, only NOT for nearly $30/year in subscription fees just to get it.
