Lower the resolution of watchface add-ons

When adding items such as the battery icon to the Watchface, it is at a set resolution which when put in the smartwatch screen, has very jagged edges due to the watch not having the pixels to accommodate it. So if the resolution of these were adjustable, the features could blend in with the others and look more natural
