Add tasker task to Lua API

I would like an API in the script that allows me to run a tasker task.
This way I can have both actions on phone and watch when I want to run a task.

I mainly want this so the watch can give me dynamic feedback as I hit buttons for tasks (such as vibration/color changes/sounds/etc.)
