Extra visibility settings for items

I have some text & icons on the bottom half of my watchface, which show the current battery levels. In dimmed mode, when there is a card notification visible, these icons appear overlayed on top of the card, which looks messy. I can choose to have these items hidden in Bright mode, or hidden in Dimmed mode, but what I would like is to be able to hide them in Dimmed mode only when a card is displayed.
In bright mode it is not a problem, as the background of the card already prevents those items being visible.
