setShowSystemUiTime(true) for card background and time, like Increment

Card Settings has a switch "persist background", but that hides the whole watch face. It seems the "system time" is the exception to this. If I had an option for WatchFaceStyle.Builder.setShowSystemUiTime(true) then I would turn on that and Persist Background, so when there is a current card I can see its background and the time. This is what the Increment watch face seems to do.
