Display the values of the barometer (LG G Watch R)
The LG Watch R has a built-in barometer.
It will be great, to display the values of the barometer.
I have found among sensor only heart rate monitor, pedometer, accelerometer, gyroscope and compass.
It would be great as altitude calculated using this and atmosphic pressure already exists from weather. And could be used as a baseline calibration. This would mean no more having to put a reference altitude it. Thanks if it can be done.
Also thought it would be included in the premium so this is really a feature missing. Having a Huawei watch with build in baro this would be great for both weather and altitude monitoring.
As well hoped for this function, when buying premium. Now Huawei Watch Classic.
When will a {...} read out will be implemented? I'm sure, the actual library/API supports it?
Agreed, I have a watch that has a barometer, and as a pilot I would love to put this in my watch face. (Yes, even though it is not official, its just cool)
I too vote for feature which will read barometric presure from internal sensor of watches. It is very important feature to calculate altitude etc. It can be online callibrated to closest weather station barometric pressure.
I have a LG watch Urbane with build in barometer. LG had a watchface with the altitude on it, but there is more than ons thing I don't like about other features of that face.
There should however be a build in calibration method if we want to use it for altitude calculation. I'm a hiker and all hiking watches have a calibration mode.
