Automatic updating of watch face

Currently if I download a face from somewhere like Facerepo, it's a 1 shot event. If the designer then updates you've got no way of knowing and it feels very manual.

Some way to mark where a face came from, and some way to have it update (optionally), would be great for the 'in progress' faces we come across.
