Conditional Tap Actions.

I would like to be able to have conditional tap actions, allowing me to either enable/disable tap actions, or perform separate tap actions based on LUA code. For example, I could have a single button that runs resets the stopwatch if if has a value, or runs a tasker task if it doesn't.
