Latitude / Longitude Values - display values on all Watches

Latitude and Longitude Tags do not return the values on all watches.

I have a Moto 360 Watch which does not have a GPSr but the Galaxy S5 does.

In the development environment, on the phone, the tags are recognized and values are returned. On the watch they are not. On the watch "Unknown" is returned.

Is it possible for WatchMaker to retrieve the values from the phone if there isn't a GPSr on the Watch?

I have seen Android Code that uses Google Play Services to get the values from the watch or phones GPSr.
