Add a global size factor for all layers

It would be nice if there where a global size factor that can change all the layers combined. Many watchfaces have a marker-ring. It where simple to remove it optional by oversizing the complete watch.

The implementation might look like this.
A global factor that is per default 1. This value must be changeable like all other values over the buildin script-editor. Also this value must be exist as buildin variable like {fsize} to use it for some layers that don't wont to resize or for reposition use.

Another example:
So this would be allow simple resizing also for dimmed mode, where the hands can showing bigger. For example in the global factor setting simple setting this: "{abright}==true and 1 or 1.2". So all layers that are defined to show in dimmed mode will be showing bigger.
