use the built in barrometer

In the LG g watch r there is an barometer built-in (you can see it in the spec's) but you can't use it's values in your app ... I suggest to use these values if possible so you can create watchfaces with supper cool features :)

Their is a function in weather for atmospheric pressure.

This gives de sea-level pressure, whereas the watch sensor gives the actual pressure at your location (with the effect of altitude).
