Allow local customizations on protected watchface (just don't let user export it)

Why not let users customize protected watchfaces locally? The whole point is to not let people rip off other authors and distribute without attribution right? If you don't let users export protected watch faces, doesn't that solve the problem? That way, we can still customize these watch faces locally.
Best of both worlds IMO.
