Lock layers to prevent accidental selection

The presence of invisible and/or tightly spaced objects can make it difficult to tap to select objects in the visual composer. The ability to lock a layer (perhaps in the same menu as the duplicate option) would prevent an object in the visual composer from being selected when tapped. Unlock the same way.
