Add Events and/or States to Tasker plugin

Currently the WatchMaker Tasker plugin can only be used in Tasker Actions.
It would be useful if the plugin also supported Events and States, which could be triggered from our watch faces (e.g. with Lua script like wm_action('state_on:StateName') or wm_action('event:EventName')).
There could also be built-in states, such as whether the stopwatch is running, etc.

We could then have Tasker profiles defined which are activated by these Events or States, which could be more flexible than directly running the tasks from the watch face.
