duplicate / re-order layers

I would like to be able to duplicate layers both within a watchface or across watchfaces.

I would also like to be able to drag layers to change there order, i.e. raise or lower the second hand

hold until it give option for deleting layers. then hold more to get option to duplicate. or move right and left to re order.
