antyaliasing - soft edges on basic shapes

When building a watch face of the basic shapes, available from the menu, we get a pixelated look. JPGs work fine an seem to have nice soft edges - but this requires editing on PC. Mobile editor would be so much more fun to use if it delivered a smooth look.
